With manufacturers specification sheets specifying optimal throughputs for individual machines in ideal situations and specific applications it can bear little correspondence to a train of machines in real situations and your application. H & C Dickie can guarantee the reliability and throughput of each installation.

Risk
It is arguable that if the correct plant is chosen, configured and operated correctly and enough material is passed through continually that it can be cheaper to do the crushing in-house. However millions of pounds can be spent on plant which still does not perform, making this a very risky option. H & C Dickie Ltd guarantee production and quality

Depreciation
While buying and selling plant almost continually we are very aware of the 'correct' buying price of plant and their acceptable resale value. This allows us to depreciate the plant correctly over its useful lifespan which has a huge impact on the cost of the machine and corresponding charge to the customer.
